During planing we do the breakdown of features and their respecive releases. The next step is to further refine releases into sprints and then comes the task prioritization.
As far as results are concerned we keep it transparent with our clients throughout the development cycle. We set shorter release cycles and keep sharing the progress with our clients which gives enough visibility, improves the product quickly, shortens the feedback loop and eventually saves the cost.
